I believe this originally came from Mark Montano's Big-Ass Book of Crafts. I have seen it on several sites. I folded the pages to the desired width and glued the edge together. I rolled the pages around a votive candle holder and secured each strip to the next with double stick tape. I used hot glue to attach the circles together to form the can and then painted with Mod Podge.
