Stiffening & Blocking
Optional: For blocking with water, dampen nished piece; arrange and shape on a padded surface. Pin in place with rustproof stainless steel pins; allow to dry completely, then remove pins.
If piece needs more sti ening and shaping, fabric sti ener or starching solution may be used.
