My dad brings home these tiny brass washers all the time and so I had an idea when i saw them. Since I didn't have the right supplies to make dangle posts, which I could get away with wearing at school, I made regular dangles, but I still love the end result, they where the hardest of the jewelry I have been making lately because of all of the tiny jump rings but they where really worth it :)
