Based on Tin Can Knitting Loom by DreamsInBloom
In this version of the tin can knitting loom I used blue electrical tape instead of duct tape. I actually think I like using electrical tape better. It seemed a bit easier to make and more "held together" as the tape wrapped better around everything.
