I made this to cheer myself up,and it worked! :D
The small spoon and knife I took off from a keychain I found in a nick-nack store.
Flatten your brown fimo.I didnt have brown,so I just mixed red and green. It turned out a bit greyish...
Now put the pink or in my case red with some white on it.
Cut the "hat" with your knife.
Make the bars by pressing the knife in the fimo.
Make little worms from different colors.
Slice them to small pieces.
Spread them on the cupcake and push them a bit,to make them stick on.I made a small strawberry too.
Make a hole in it for the chain.
When the water starts to boil, put your cupcake in and cook it for two minutes.
When its dry put it on the chain and your done.
I hope you like it!
I've noticed the change of the colour but anyway this is a nice tutorial
Boiling??? Really??? No Way!!! Thats awesome....
I hate waiting ages for it to bake and sometimes it is a bit hit & miss.
Does it harden/ feel any different to when you do it in the oven?
This is really fun!
haha boiling cupcapke =] I like it
I didn't know you could boil it either, SOOO COOOL!!!
one way to get rid of that greyish tone in the brown when you're mixing your red and green..is to add a smidge of blue...it's tricky..play with it...but it works.
i love the knife and spoon charms...
Im using Cernit, and yes its much easier to boil it,I was always over baking it.
Im pretty sure you can boil any kind of clay. The colors fade a bit,but you can see on the pictures that its not noticeable.
