   First, lay your Neon poster on a large hard surface, and measure 2.5 inches in width for the squares make a mark. then make a line all the way down to the end of the end of the poster. Then, measure 1.5 inches for the height, and that is you're first equalizer rectangle. continue cutting rectangles until you make 2 or 3 rows, depending on what you want you're equalizer to look like.

   Once you have you're 2 rows of rectangles all cut out and neon-like, get out some glue, prefferably on a stick, and you're Black Poster,and glue you're rectangles in rows that appear like an equalizer. I did my rows of rectangles like this, 4, 5, 7, 8,3, 5,10, and 6. You can make the rows appear however you like.

   Then with the extra Neon poster, I made the word TECHNO, and glued them on too, this is completely optional, and not necessary if you do not like Techno music.
