You Will Need

Step 1First, find a plain pencil skirt, or make one. I bought this for $2 at Goodwill.

Step 2Pick out your lace, and start from the bottom and work your way up sewing, overlapping so you cover it all. (Sorry for the cat hair, she wanted to help)

Step 3Done! I also added a zipper because I couldn't fit it over my big butt lol, so it's optional if you don't really need one, no biggie :)

Step 4
I took off the original bulgy black button and added two little teal colored butttons :)
