Cute enough to eat and so many flavors!
Regular pushpins are so boring and dull! These however are adorable ways to pin up your stuff. :)

Just made them out of some old wooden beads that I found laying around! super easy

  • How to make a push pin. Teacake Pushpins - Step 1
    Step 1

Find a bunch of quilting pins, or just any pin with a ball on top. I used red because they look more like cherries.

    Step 2

Find a bunch of colored wooden beads like these. Make sure you have some that are relatively flat, although round can work too.

    Step 3

Thread on a smaller colored bead and after it, a flatter bead. I usually use brown for a base but you can use other colors too.

    Step 4

Apply glue to the edge of the bead around the hole. Apply a little over the edge too so that it will stick. The glue goes on the underside of the ball of the pin, both sides of the middle bead, and the top side of the base bead. In other words, just put it where the beads touch each other.

    Step 5

Hold together until the glue dries. After you've been holding them for a while and they are sticking a little, you can just hold it upside down or stick it in some clay till it dries completely.

    Step 6

Put a little extra glue here so it doesn't wiggle around so much. Enjoy!
