You Will Need

Step 1Cream together the butter, sugar, salt and flour.

Step 2Add the soya milk and mix into a thick dough.

Step 3Roll the dough out on a floured surface.

Step 4Cut into pop tart sized rectangles, perfect for your toaster.

Step 5Spread one rectangle with peanut butter.

Step 6Spread a second rectangle with jam and place on top of the one with peanut butter so that the fillings are in the middle.

Step 7Use a fork to press the edges.

Step 8Bake at 180'c for 30 minutes until golden.

Step 9Pop in your toaster for a few minutes to reheat in the morning and enjoy!
