This cheesecake is light and fluffy. Always adding enough berries and fresh fruit to create a boost of flavor.

Step 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (375F) & grease a round baking pan.

Step 3In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing just a little. Add milk, sour cream, vanilla and flour. Mix until well combined. Pour everything into a baking pan.

Step 4Bake in preheated oven for about 60min or until golden brown. Afterwards, let the cake cool down. In the meantime whip the cream.

Step 5Decorate. Cover the cake with whipped cream. Add decorations as desired.
