You Will Need

Step 1Cut out squares in the size of your studs.
-
Step 2Glue them 'into' the stud to create a base to glue the earring base on and bend the clasps in.

Step 3
Done!
Except that I used polymer clay and just baked it all together instead of using glue ^^
