  • How to make a halter top. Striped Top Howto - Step 1
    Step 1

at first, you have to cut out two small and two big parts. the small part ends under your breast. the big is as long as you want.

    Step 2

you can see my size on the picture

  • How to make a halter top. Striped Top Howto - Step 3
    Step 3

you get one side when you sew together a small and a big part.
if you want to add some nice pleat, then you can use this : http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/butterflies_and_fruit_pleated_tote_2

When you do this, you will need a wider big part

you do this twice so now you get two sides:)

  • How to make a halter top. Striped Top Howto - Step 4
    Step 4

sew together the two sides. you can slenderize it if you think ( i think its the better solution)

  • How to make a halter top. Striped Top Howto - Step 5
    Step 5

at the end you sew down the top and the bottom of the top (one row at the botton)

you can add straps here (i added only one)
