Storm Guardian

This is a project I am currently working on. It is the first in a series of four costumes with seasonal themes.
I have bought the beads for the dress, I hope I have enough. I have made the crown/circlet for it, now I just need to get to work on the actual dress.... I've set the time at only three hours because this project is still in progress. I'll let you know how much time I spent when it is finished. And since I haven't got all the materials needed yet and don't know the exact quantities I will need I haven't put them all up yet either. Hopefully will update soon.
