You Will Need

Step 1gather the things you will need.

Step 2bend your spoon.

Step 3bend it back and forth until it breaks.if its a cheap spoon it will break easy.

Step 4use your forceps to make a hook from the end of the spoon.

Step 5thread it on a chain or leather.

Step 6decoupage it.newspaper cuttings,paper napkins,pictures...I used a paper napkin with a frog prince on it.
I will try...
I have tons of crappy spoons from college...i could put them to better use.
& ur paper napkins are awesome. lol
