The dough needs to be refrigerated for 2 hrs before cooking.
You can make th e dough the day before and use the next day straight from the fridge. Just add a few more mins cooking time.

Step 1Beat butter & sugars together.

Step 2Mix in egg, yolk and vanilla.
Mix through.

Step 3Fold in flour, corn flour & baking powder.

Step 4Fold in smarties.
Place in fridge for 2 hrs.

Step 5Heat oven 180 degrees.
Roll dough into golf ball sized balls.
Place on tray.
Bake for 12-15 mins.

Step 6Leave to cool for 10 mins.
Serve.
