Simple French Toast - to make and eat
Whip some eggs, ( egg substitute works great too ) with a tsp of vanilla extract in a shallow bowl or pie pan.
Dip your whole wheat bread slices in the eggs.
Cook in a preheated skillet til golden brown.
Plate and serve with a pat of butter and some low sugar syrup.
Don't forget the hot coffee!
Make now, and freeze for later - waffles
