Buy a teddy or make one that looks like someone you hate. (Be prepared to cut it up)

Cut off the head! I sugest making a slit in the teddys back and removing the stuffing from everywhere but the head first.

Sew up the bottom of the head. I didn't do mine very neatly.

Walah! Add pins and you have youre very own severed head pin cushion (or vodoo doll)

Love it! I am all the time taking stuffed animals and using them for the stuffing! I have one at home that I will have to alter!

Just had a thought. I should make on that looks like a porky pine or a hedgehog :) The pins could be like the spikes.
