Step 1Gather as many toilet paper or paper towel rolls as you may need.

Step 2Cut the toilet paper rolls in half and the paper toll rolls into four parts.

Step 3Glue the pieces so that they form rows that can be sack upon each other. As you buy more scarfs you can add to the bottom row.

Step 4Decorate the piece with paint, stickers, markers, or anything else you want to use.

Step 5After paint dries loop string though the end of the top row and tie it to a coat hanger (I'm sorry if the picture is too dark).

Step 6Finally when the paint dries you can add your scarfs by putting them though the holes and pulling them though until they hang.
