If you're like me you have a like of scarfs but they are just laying around. Now you can make this and hang them!

    Gather as many toilet paper or paper towel rolls as you may need.

    Cut the toilet paper rolls in half and the paper toll rolls into four parts.

    Glue the pieces so that they form rows that can be sack upon each other. As you buy more scarfs you can add to the bottom row.

    Step 4

    Decorate the piece with paint, stickers, markers, or anything else you want to use.

    After paint dries loop string though the end of the top row and tie it to a coat hanger (I'm sorry if the picture is too dark).

    Finally when the paint dries you can add your scarfs by putting them though the holes and pulling them though until they hang.
