Based on Sailor Hat Fascinator by jinxx
I created this hat to go with a sailor burlesque outfit I will be wearing.

I created this based on the tutorial here: http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/sailor-hat-fascinator

Main changes I made:
- I used an alice band instead of a strip with grips on as in the tutorial, simply because the way I intend to style my hair will not work with grips or combs.
-I used interfacing rather than cardboard as used in the tutorial. This allowed me to create nice, crisp seams (although I still covered them with ribbon at the back) and kept it more lightweight.

Costs:
- Hairband £1.89
- Interfacing £1.02 (I bought 30cm, although even half this would be more than enough)
- Red and blue feathers 80p each
- White feathers 69p for a packet (leftover from a previous project)
- White glitter hearts leftover from a previous project, £1.69 for 12.
- Bias tape 60p
- Red ribbon 29p
- Blue and white roses 24p each
- Satin (leftover from a previous project, really have no idea how much I paid for it)

Total £8.26
