Cut a hole in the bread, pop an egg in a fry it up! Then drizzle on some homemade rosemary honey mayonnaise sauce.

Step 1First cut a hole in the slice of bread. Melt the butter in a pan on medium to low heat. Toast the bread then pop the egg inside the hole and cover with a lid. Let it cook for at least 2-3 minutes or until the egg white is cooked.

Step 2While the egg is cooking, in a bowl mix in the honey, mayonnaise, rosemary leaves, dried basil, poppy seeds, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3After the egg is done cooking, take it off the stove and place on a plate. Drizzle with the sauce and enjoy!
