I have seen several pictures of roasted chickpeas around, and I decided to try for myself. I didn't follow a recipe but just threw them into the oven, and waited how they turned out. At first I did not season them and they're good as they are, but with some oil and spices you can make them into anything you like!
Drain your chickpeas, season them in a large bowl, and lay them out on a baking sheet with wax paper. After about 30 minutes on 200 Celcius they're nice and cripsy. Better than crisps/chips!
