I was surprised at how many people didn't know this, so I'm just putting this out for them.
I know there are alot of moms on here with little ones, so this may come in handy.

  • How to creatae a hair style. Remove Gum (And Sticky Tac) From Hair - Step 1
    Step 1

Peanut butter works. It's true. I don't care what anyone says. (I argue with my mother-in-law about this ALL the time) When I was little, boys would put gum in my hair, I also know for a fact that it works to remove sticky tac too.

  • How to creatae a hair style. Remove Gum (And Sticky Tac) From Hair - Step 2
    Step 2

Just take some peanut butter (enough to cover the gummy area) and rub it in for a few minutes. Start working it out of your hair till its all gone, then wash and done!

When I was in elementary school, I got gum in my hair. It was pretty funny watching the secretary debate with the other secretary (no nurse) on what to use. In the end they used peanut butter because someone recommended oil. However, when this was first suggested, one of the secretaries wanted to put GASOLINE in my hair! Funny memories...
