I made this for my boyfriend for his birthday because we're both very big Regina fans. He wore it to see her at Glastonbury as well!

It took about two hours but I did use a hairdryer between layers of paint because I was impatient and didn't have long to finish it. It was really tricky because a lot of it I had to do free-hand.
