I actually had a day to myself and felt like being crafty. Money being a little tight right now I decided to see if I could make something that was completely recycled from things around the house. I hand stitched the whole thing with scrap embroidery thread , the fabric is an old sun dress , the ears are some scraps of leather left over from another project and the stuffing is from one of my couch pillows that I always thought was a little to firm...Anyway , I'm not really an elephant girl but being as the button eyes are from one of my boyfriends shirts I figured it was only fair to make his favorite animal for him and pass it off as a Valentines Day present....ssshhhhh...
