You Will Need

Step 1Cut a "window" in your paper, (my paper was 8.5 x 11)…this will be your frame. You will need 2 of these.

Step 2Now glue some white tissue paper to the inside of your frame…try to get all the wrinkles out…you want this surface as smooth as possible.

Step 3Cut out your star shapes out of a rainbow of tissue paper…I did stars in various sizes.

Step 4Star glueing them down colour by colour…overlap them a bit…use a glue stick to glue with and be very gentle.

Step 5Keep going…you can see how I overlapped the colours here.

Step 6Now take your other frame and glue it onto the top.

Step 7Hang in a window and ENJOY!
