Cut a "window" in your paper, (my paper was 8.5 x 11)…this will be your frame. You will need 2 of these.
Now glue some white tissue paper to the inside of your frame…try to get all the wrinkles out…you want this surface as smooth as possible.
Cut out your star shapes out of a rainbow of tissue paper…I did stars in various sizes.
Star glueing them down colour by colour…overlap them a bit…use a glue stick to glue with and be very gentle.
Keep going…you can see how I overlapped the colours here.
Now take your other frame and glue it onto the top.
Hang in a window and ENJOY!
