this is done by painting your nail with sketch pens and the applying a top coats to it
You Will Need

Step 1use sketch pens to color your nails in this order
purple
blue
green
yellow
orange
redor any order that you wish

Step 2paint your nails with the sketch pens

Step 3apply the top coat

it wont take ages to get off they can be washes using water and soap or by nail polish remover and its really safe......
