You Will Need

Step 1Take a strip of paper and run the edge of a pair of scissors from about halfway along to the end to curve it to one side.

Step 2This will create the upper side of the S shape.

Step 3Repeat the process at the other end of the strip in the opposite direction, making a slightly looser curve.
