Like I said, with the last one I am addicted! Made these for me and my friend Bonnie. The difference is these ones have snaps to close them.

You need to fold the lines of pleats together, pin down then pin the top piece of fabric to the pleated part and sew together. I hope I explained that good enough if not let me know.
