Based on Pretty Peacock Earrings by Kimberly K.
I though this was such a cute idea and I'm a huge fan of male peacock feather myself :) I cut all the pieces out by hand and glued them together. I decided to make mine into a barrette and I added a gem in the center for extra sparkle. Super cute!
