First, you want to take your white nail polish and cover more than half your nail. Don't worry about it being neat and straight, just make sure the tips are covered well.

Next, you want to cover the second half of your nail with red nail polish. Again, you don't have to worry about neatness, as long as the border between the two colors are relatively straight.

Draw a black line as a border between the two colors.

If you don't have a black nail art bottle (thin nail bottle brush) you can always dab a drop of nail polish onto an index card and grab a needle or a toothpick.

Now, you want to take your black nail polish again and dot spots in the middle.

Clean your needle/toothpick and then dip it into your white nail polish, or take a white nail art polish and dot tinier spots in the middle of the black spots. Finish off with a top coat and clean up the excess nail polish around the edges of your nails with a q-tip soaked in nail polish remover and your done! Enjoy your nails ladies!
