@Amanda D.: Thank you, yes I melted them mostly on the edges.

@Jae C.: Thank you, well I melted the bottom and then pressed it on something flat - this is good, if you want to make a brooch. Eventually, you'll need to repeat that procedure a few times till it's really flat and good looking.

That looks really awesome! I'm curious to see how peoploe finished off the back/bottom of the rose. Did you melt the pieces together, or did you glue it?
