Yeah it looks like it didn't correctly import the ingredients on the side there. I'll paste them here till I can figure out how to change them: shortening for greasing
powdered sugar for dusting
2 1/2 tbsp Knox plain gelatin (a little less than 4 packets)
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp vanilla
1/8 tsp red food coloring
1 tsp peppermint extract
These look amazing but I'm left a bit confused. Is the syrup measured in cups or teaspoons or tablespoons or what? And the peppermint extract? I'd love to make these but I sure got confused. Thanks! Oh, and does the syrup necessarily be corn syrup or will other types do the job?
