I made this box for my mom. It can be a nice, meaningful gift by itself or it can be used to wrap another gift.

I used an old cookie tin, and a photo of us that always makes me smile.

Removing the paper label from the tin was not an easy task (I even had to use some nail polish remover!) I scanned and printed out a copy of our picture, covered it with contact paper, and I glued it to the box with some cute ribbon I found in my closet.

The box was filled with some chocolate-caramel candy because my mom really loves them!

Now that the chocolates are gone she is using the box to hold office supplies in her desk.
