Phoebe Bag

I made this version of the phoebe bag with a tartan pleated skirt I picked up in a charity shop for £1.29. I unpicked the pleats with a seam ripper and took the skirt apart, it left me with over two metres of fabric! I re-sewed the waistband for the handle, and used a piece of old curtain fabric for the lining - the hardest part was steaming the pleats out! I hope you like it.
