You Will Need

Step 1
cut the old news paper into small pieces, then dissolved in hot water wait until it soften.

Step 2
once it soften drain the water and add the glue, and form a shape with your own design

Step 3
then dry up into the sun. once its already dry painted it and dry it up again before you apply varnish to make a shiny effect.
