cut the papers into triangular sheets and slowly taper towards end

it should look some what like this
and the larger side of the bead is how long the actual bead will be

start to wrap the bead around one toothpick starting from the larger side

while holding the end just add a small amount of glue to the point so that the bead actually looks like a bead

wait a couple minutes and then take the bead off of the toothpick

taadaaaa!!!
you have a bead!
