Paint White nail polish on each nail. When dry pick out one of the colorful nail polishes that will be your paint splatter. Place a dot on the nail and with the tooth pick move around the nail polish to make it look like Paint Splatter! Repeat this step with the rest of the nail polish colors :)*use rainbow colors, it pops more*
