Measure chain so that it fits around neck and allows enough room for padlock and jump rings so that lock sits on collar bone.

Add jump ring to either end of chain.

Add Padlock to both jump rings and lock, this is the chain.

Don't lose the key, though if you do the jump rings will open to get the choker off
