• 

  Step 1

  In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar.

• 

  Step 2

  In a measuring cup, mix together oil, egg, milk, the zest from the orange, and the juice of that orange.

• 

  Step 3

  Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until it just comes together. It will be lumpy and that is okay.
  Stir in 3/4 cup white chocolate chips.

• 

  Step 4

  Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Divide the batter into cups. Sprinkle the tops with the remaining chocolate chips.

• 

  Step 5

  Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cool on a rack.

For the curious...or anyone wanting to make this recipe. There is a link to her website above that if you follow shows the ACTUAL ingredients. Not sure what happened when she tried to transfer it here, but the measurements are not even close. I'm sure if you follow the recipe on her website you may actually get what is pictured here. DO NOT FOLLOW THE INGREDIENTS LISTED HERE!!!!

Umm...I don't think these measurements are correct. I tried to make this and when I mixed the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients, the result was similar to very thin soup. Was this a conversion recipe? Because there is no way that these pictures represent 3 cups of sugar and 3 cups of milk and only 1 cup of flour. I would love to make what is in your picture, could you please update with the correct measurements?
