I like to pick up these sweet carbonated drinks at coventions or my local Asian grocery store. Ramunes come with a clear marble in them and are confusing to open. So I wrote this how-to to help you guys!
Open A Ramune Bottle
A sweet Japanese drink that is very confusing to open!

Peel the wraper off of the cap. There's a little green thing sitting on top. Take it off the top of the bottle and you can see the marble sitting inside.

The green thing is the key. DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT throw it away! The green key splots into two parts, a ring and the opener. Punch out the opener. You can throw away the ring if you want.

Now position the opener, narrow end down, onto the marble.

Push down on the top of the opener with the heel of your hand. I'm weak, so I have to put all my weight into it. If you're really weak, get a man to help you out.

Then, the marble should fall into the bottle. Don't worry you won't swallow it.

You might have some little marks on your hand from the opener :)

That thing with all the fizzies on it is the marble. When you're done, you can try to crack off the blue thing and get the marble out. Some people collect them. Or you can always unleash your destructive side and smash it with a hammer or on a hard-headed co-worker. :)

oo I've heard of these - want oone - love Japanese stuff! Aren't you supposed to try to drink them in a certain way because the marble makes it difficult? Like a game? or is that another Japanese drink!?

oh my gosh! I actually found an empty bottle at a walmart and for some reason i took it home and put a ton of hand sanitizer all over it. I researched it online and (thank goodness) it isnt alcoholic because if i had an empty bottle of an alcoholic drink, my parents would murder me! I keep on nagging my mommy to take me to this asian supermarket nearby, but she's all "gas cost alot" and stuff, pluss she's trying to make me drink milk, she says it helps you lose weight and teens dont get enough calcium and all this other stuff! Im gonna buy one of these anyway, and i use the empty one as a funky bracelet holder :D

These are so good my favorite flavor is strawberry!!!!!!! My lil sis broke her bottle on the table opening hers she cried for like 10 min then i got mine and showed her how to do it it was so funny. I luv that you put a how to on there

Sweet I love Ramune. I once bought a case of the watermelon flavor and it was gone in thirty minutes my bro calls it Asian Kool-Aid Sprite. it also makes a kick-ass mixer.
