• 

  Step 1

  Gather Materials and plug in your iron.

• 

  Step 2

  Cut four strips of glitter ric-rac, according to your tank size.

• 

  Step 3

  To determine size, lay strips out diagonally on the tank from intersecting point near right-side hem, to the opposite side seam (as shown).

• 

  Step 4

  Position strips on shirt, beginning at intersecting point (as seen in photo), creating a sunburst motif.

• 

  Step 5

  Clip edges of ric-rac to accommodate the tank edges.

• 

  Step 6

  Once you're happy with your layout, place printer paper over ric-rac and iron down pieces one at a time (30-35 seconds), repeating process to ensure hold.

• 

  Step 7

  Let cool completely...

• 

  Step 8

  Position rose applique at center of ric-rac intersection.

• 

  Step 9

  Carefully attach applique into position with hot glue gun.

• 

  Step 10

  Tip: Place something inside of the shirt from the bottom to prevent glue leakage, if the fabric is thin.

• 

  Step 11

  Let cool completely... and try it on!
