Step 1
Apply the base color using a sheer white creme. I used two coats for a more opaque finish; curing in between coats. Apply no-wipe gel top coat and cure.

Step 2
Working one nail at a time, apply a piece of nail tape across the nail, and paint the tip with a pink shimmer polish. Remove the tape.

Step 3
Add a strip of hot pink nail tape across each nail to separate the two colors.

Step 4
Apply a matte gel top coat and cure.

Step 5
Glue a lollipop nail charm on the ring finger.
