You will need five different neon nail polish colors and white these are the colors I used:
(from left)
"True Blue" by Claires
Some color I got with a generic set...unknown brand
"Neon Orange" by Justice
"Dream On" by Sinful Colors
"Lime yours" by Claires
and "Snow Ball" by Claires
These are all cheap brands, but if you can find these colors in Revlon or Sally Hansen then it will definetely work better :)

You will also need some sort of top coat. These are some glow in the dark top coats that are slightly tinted when painted on. I don't know what brand they are or where they came from. I just got em' for christmas last year :P

Start by painting your thumb lime green or whatever color you prefer.

Continue on your pointer finger. :D

Whew! All done with THAT. Apply a second coat if nessacary.

Now carefully paint three white stripes on each nail.

Next paint top coat over each color.

You can try using sparkly top coat for even MORE fun stuff, but otherwise you're done!!!!! ENJOY!!!! <3
