Mochi Icecream
You can make your own ice cream or use store bought.
You need a lot of corn flour or icing sugar to roll the dough in.

Step 1
Scoop the Icecream into balls & refreeze.

Step 2Mix flour & sugar together.

Step 3Stir in water.
Make a paste.

Step 4Cover bowl with cling film.
Cook in the microwave for 1 min.
Remove & stir.

Step 5Cover with film & heat for 1 more min.
Remove & stir again.

Step 6Cover with cling.
Cook again for 30 seconds.

Step 7Pour onto a surface covered in corn flour.
Roll it out .
Place on a tray & refrigerate for 30 mins.

Step 8Cut out enough dough to cover the ball.

Step 9Place Icecream balls in the circles and wrap around to fully cover.
Re freeze until needed.
Serve.
