Based on Mini Bloomers by Prov31Lioness
These bloomers are so cute and turned out a lot better than I expected! The instructions are very beginner-friendly (this was actually the first article of clothing I've made), and make sure when you're printing the patterns, to have it set to "actual size" instead of "fit page" to have the right size (the last page comes with a 4" x 4" test square). I used an old maternity dress that belonged to my mom and sewed on a small bow on the front.
