I did some research to see just what a Milano cookie was and found out they were what they consider a biscuit (tea time anyone?...lol) with chocolate in the middle kinda treat that was apparently made by Pepperidge Farms for holidays. Normally in an oblong shape.
They are quiet easy to make and I revamped Michelle G's recipe a bit (tweak here and there...lol) and bam! They came out quiet nice. I wanted them round instead of the Pepperidge Farm oblong shape. They were a hit with my teenager ;-).
