You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 170 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar together.

Step 2Add vanilla.
Stir through.

Step 3Add flour & make into a dough.

Step 4Roll into balls. (Approximately 1 tbsp size).

Step 5Roll the balls in some coconut.
Place on tray & press down a little.

Step 6Top with a piece of cherry.

Step 7Bake for 15 mins until golden brown.
Let cool on tray.

Step 8Serve.
