Ever wonder why a Raven is Like a writing desk?
I love costume make up! and this is my first attempt at the mad hatter make up..
I didnt have brightly coloured eyeshadow at the time so i used some crushed chalk!! It was messy but worked..I will be doing a second attempt soon..

I used:

Two coats of white face paint (use paint brush...using a make up sponge takes forever!)
Left Eye: Blue Eyeshadow, Red shadow (Used crushed chalk, had no red shadow :( was Messy But worked!)
Right eye: Top orange shadow (And bottom..supposed to be pink no pink shadow :( )
Eyelashes: Dabbed a clean mascara brush into white facepaint
Lips: Light brown lip liner and light pink lipstick
Hair: Backcombed from roots and lots of hairspray

Pink Walrus answered the question "Why is a raven like a writing desk?" on my mad hatter headband....the answer, because Edgar Allen Poe wrote on both of them Happy
loving the look. I use Stargazer face powder for a pale look. They do one in white. I like the way you have used a limited palette Happy
