Long Skirt To Short Skirt

Based on Long Skirt To Short Skirt by Rachel's Craft Channel
I did my own version using a knee-length gold lame' pleated skirt I bought at Forever 21 and altered it's length at home using scissors, and folding the skirt lengthwise several times and used the scissors to make a curving cut about the halfway point in the skirt's original length! The final product now is a short skirt with a wavy bottom!!!
